We try to keep clients informed by providing important and pertinent information regarding legislation, rules and regulations that would affect your collection policies and procedures. We will also note any pertinent law changes and inform our clients by special memo.
Our initial orientation of new employees is an established day-by-day procedure. The first day is spent introducing other staff members, explaining departmental functions and presenting an overview of operations. Our collectors are strongly encouraged to attend ACA seminars and test for certification.
