audited by the State of Nebraska or any other governmental
agency.
- Professional Liability:
MMCI, Inc. carries a $100,000 professional liability policy.
- Employee Fidelity:
All MMCI, Inc. employees are bonded.
- General Liability:
- Worker's Compensation insurance as required by the laws of the State of Nebraska and any applicable Federal laws.
- Appropriate bodily injury liability insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurance.
- MMCI, Inc. shall protect you, our client, against claims that may arise from activities of MMCI, Inc. when collecting for you, our client.
- Proof of insurance coverage will be provided on request.
