MMCI, Inc. carries a $100,000 professional liability policy.

Employee Fidelity:
All MMCI, Inc. employees bonded.

General Liability:

  1. Worker's Compensation insurance as required by the laws of the State of Nebraska and any applicable Federal laws.
  2. Appropriate bodily injury liability insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurance.
  3. MMCI, Inc. shall protect you, our client, against claims that may arise from activities of MMCI, Inc. when collecting for you, our client.
  4. Proof of insurance coverage will be provided on request.
